Sharon Fay Keller, 63, of Bismarck
Sharon Fay Keller, 63, of Bismarck, passed away on Thursday, March 14, 2013, at her home.
Sharon was born in Kintyre on July 6, 1949, to Alvin and Alice Kemmet. The family lived in several cities in North Dakota including Napoleon, Hazelton, Carrington, Tioga, Washburn, and Glen Ullin. She graduated from High School in Glen Ullin.
Sharon subsequently completed a degree from Capital Commercial College in Bismarck. She was one of first North Dakota Female National Guard Technicians in the state.
She is survived by her husband, Clifford Keller, Bismarck; her daughter (from her first marriage), Michelle Keller, Annandale, Va.; her older brother, Darold (Cheryl) Kemmet, Bismarck; and her nieces, Jennifer Kemmet, Bismarck, and Joy (Gary) Beeter and their three children, Macy, Hailey and Jadon, all of Fargo.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Alvin and Alice Kemmet, Bismarck.
A memorial service was held Friday, March 22, at Bismarck Funeral Home.
Burial was held at North Dakota Veterans Cemetery, Mandan.
